At Oxfordshire PC Gaming, we take pride in providing fast, reliable, and safe delivery for all our gaming PCs and components. 
We currently deliver across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. 
All orders are handled with care and packaged securely to ensure your system arrives in perfect condition. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). You will receive an order confirmation and estimated delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch or delivery.

Local Delivery (Oxfordshire Area)

We proudly offer local delivery across Oxfordshire for our products.
Delivery Time (Gaming PCs): 1–3 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
Service Details: Your system will be hand-delivered by our local driver to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Delivery Area: Bicester, Oxford, and surrounding Oxfordshire locations.

Nationwide Shipping (UK Mainland)

If you’re outside Oxfordshire, we can arrange secure courier shipping across the UK.
Gaming PCs: 2–4 working days once dispatched
Gaming Desks: 2–3 working days once dispatched
Gaming Chairs: Up to 10 working days once dispatched
Packaging: All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking: Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the timeframes above, please note that delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak demand periods. We’ll always keep you informed if any unexpected delays occur.

Missed Deliveries 

If we attempt delivery and no one is available to receive the order: 

We’ll contact you to rearrange a new delivery time. 

A re-delivery fee may apply for repeated failed attempts outside the local zone. 

Packaging & Handling 

All gaming PCs are: 

Fully packaged in anti-static protection 

Secured inside double-layered boxes or padded cases 

Delivered upright to protect internal components 

Damaged or Missing Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete: 

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. 

We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Collection (Local Pickup) 

You can also choose Free Local Pickup from Bicester by prior arrangement. 
We’ll contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
